Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Earth Lingua Private Limited, we value every client and strive to deliver accurate, high-quality translation, attestation, and apostille services with complete transparency. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which an order can be cancelled or refunded.

 


 

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by sending an email to info@earthlingua.com with your Order ID and registered contact details.

  • If your order has not yet been assigned to a translator or process executive, we will process the cancellation immediately.

  • In cases where the project has already been initiated or assigned, cancellation may not be possible, but we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

2. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be credited directly to your original payment source — for example, the same credit card, debit card, or bank account used for payment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed successfully.

 


 

3. After Two Hours of Order Placement

If you wish to cancel your order after 2 hours of placing it, you can still contact us at info@earthlingua.com.
If the project has not yet been assigned or processed, we may still be able to cancel it. However, once work has started, refunds may not be applicable.

 


 

4. Document Approval and Revisions

Before dispatching the final document(s), we always share a soft copy (draft) with you via email for review and approval.
This ensures full accuracy and client satisfaction before printing or shipping.

If you request changes after final approval and dispatch, a revision fee of ₹500 will apply.

 


 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • When translation or attestation work has already been completed or substantially performed.

  • When incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer.

  • When changes are requested after final approval of the document.

  • When courier or delivery delays occur due to external logistics factors beyond our control.
